On Wednesday 22nd November we held our presentation evening for all participants who completed their DofE awards over the last 12 months.
Our evening started with a summary of the last year, highlighting the sections of the award.
This was followed by a wonderful talk by our guest speaker Matilda Horn, Tokyo Olympic cox for Women's 8. She shared her journey from the start of her rowing career to where she is today. It was truly inspiring.
This was followed by presentation of certificates to our Bronze and Silver award participants. Our Gold participants collect their awards at the Royal Palace.
From the 2022 cohort we saw over an 85 % completion rate which is amazing. We were also joined by those completing awards from previous years.
Our congratulations go out to all those participants who have achieved their award in the last 12 months.
As we start another season of DofE, we encourage all the participants to enrol in the next award level. We hope to see you soon.
